Everyone called and stayed true to the time they promised keeping me up to date until they got here. Steve was very clean and wore booties while in the house, even though he didn’t need to. My Sub-Zero is ten years old in four days and (thanks to Box Appliance) operates like it is brand new.

Vic was friendly, professional and very competent. On his first visit, he quickly identified the problem with our oven and submitted a request for the needed part. A follow up visit was promptly scheduled. Vic arrived in the stated service window and replaced the failed part. Our oven is now working perfectly. Vic took extra care to ensure nothing was damaged or even scratched during the disassembly and reassembly process. I would definitely request Vic if our Wolf range needed service again.

Pleasant and knew what he was doing after checking the problem with the icemaker. It was a small complex problem and he found it plus he said he had the part in the truck. Fixed it and gave instructions on how to remove first batch of ice and asked if we had any questions.. Icemaker is working great & we are relieved not to have the water leaking all over the floor. He even fixed a hinge that was broken on our under sink cabinet door. He had to access that cabinet for the dishwasher plug and noticed it was broken. Walter Cisneros was the service technician who performed the service and he was absolutely a professional and a delight to work with. This was the fourth time I work with Box Appliance, the second consecutive time I meet Walter, and will make it a point to ask for Walter the next time we need an appliance service. Walter was right on time, prepared with his service tools, gloves, mask (due to the Covid19 pandemic) and booties which we always appreciate since as we don’t wear shoes in the house. Walter worked with speed but with skill, confidence, and attention to details. Explaining throughout the process what he’s doing, sharing beneficial information, and recommendations of things we might do to maintain our appliance. Careful to wipe clean and collect anything that needs to be thrown away in his box. It was honestly a pleasure to work with Walter as a professional and an expert service technician and with Box Appliance company as a whole. Please feel free to distribute this review. Rommel was a star. We had to wait a week to get our stove fixed but Rommel came in, found the problem, fixed it and gave me a good understanding of how/why it happened. Awesome. He asked if we had any other appliances that needed attention and gave me some maintenance advice for our Sub-Zero fridge. Again, amazing.

This was pretty much the epitome of a perfect service call.
He was courteous, explained everything (the part problem, the repair process, etc…) completely and enthusiastically repaired out other wolf appliance (the convection fan). He also explained the advantage of using an authorized repair shop (I got duped when I used a non-authorized repair person last time and had to pay $700 for what would have been included in the warranty had I used Box Appliance).

The thing that I liked most is that service personnel (Rommel) was very knowledgeable and upfront about costs involved if I were to ask him to repair/install anything, and guided me properly. After a repair the lower oven didn’t heat up properly. Rodrigo thought the problem was new and required a part, but when he came out to install the new part discovered a poor connection and was able to repair the oven without a charge. We’re very impressed with his diligence.

This was my first time using Box Appliance and I found Vic, the service technician sent to my home, to be exceptional. Vic was really friendly, professional, and a great communicator. He explained what was needed to fix my refrigerator drain icing issue and patiently answered all my questions. He was able to complete my repair even though the repair kit was not a drop-in because my Subzero was a newer model number than supported by all the parts in the repair kit. Nonetheless, Vic was able to complete the repair in a single service visit because of his detailed knowledge and troubleshooting skill with Subzeros. A job well done! I would highly recommended Box Appliance.

As an engineer and someone who is good with woodworking tools and automotive tools I was impressed with how skilled Santiago was. Drew was great. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Drew seemed genuinely interested in making sure everything was fine. He noticed our aerator needed to be serviced, and he gave us the option of him fixing it or for us to do it our self. He showed us how simple it was to do, but I decided to have him do it since he was there and had the part. He explained the problem we might have with using our reverse osmosis unit for ice cubes. Box Appliance – specifically Rommel – is SUPERB! Rommel is so nice and friendly…but most importantly HE’S EXCELLENT at his job! He got our stuff back into working order quickly and cleanly AND he has give us some tips of things we can do to help ourselves. The scheduling people are also really great…they have great follow-up and have carried thru on directions we have given them (example: please call husband’s cell at least 30 min prior to arrival.) We LOVE Box Appliance!!!! My only problem with them is that I think they only work on Wolf/Sub Zero!!! I want them to be able to work on ALL of our appliances!!

SAW was an excellent technician! He was polite, careful and very efficient in the repair of our sub-zero wine refrigerator. It’s so nice to have a repair person in our home that we don’t have to worry about scratching our floors or any other possible damage. Topnoctch quality and professional service from phone pickup to scheduling to the repair work. Robert was extremely knowledgeable of Subzero refrigerators and thoroughly tested the unit before and after the repair work. He also set reasonable expectations on what components may need replacelemt should the problem persists with the stuck thermostor, Happily, his repair work resolved the problem 100% and my unit is as good as new again.

I found George Tillis to be a Five Star employee who continued druing the entire service call to go the extra mile with reviewing my SubZero refrigerator needs. In addition to being courteous, Mr. Tillis was knowledgeable and even completed other caring processes as making sure all the coil and rear plate icing was melted after replacement parts added. Mr. Tillis is a fine young man who displays extensive knowledge in his craft tempered by great attitude. I finally found an expert. Kudos for a job well done!

First time we used your company and we were impressed. Mr. Arias was professional, on time, extremely helpful and competent.
He serviced the refrig and mentioned the cracked handles and explained we were under warranty. He put all new handles on the inside doors. Mr. Arias noticed we have a Wine Refrigerator. He explained to us that by vacuuming the coils it will last longer. He even vacuumed it out for us!

He was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. He called 45 minutes before he arrived, which was on time. He spent an hour cleaning and vacuuming the sub zero refrigerator. He was careful not to let dust go into my kitchen and left the area around my refrigerator as clean as when he arrived.
He saw an error code on the monitor and told me to watch to make sure it didn’t appear again. If it does, call and he will come back to investigate.

Your service tech, Kelly, arrived at our door right on time March 11th to address failing temperature in our 17 year old SubZero refrigerator. He set about his analysis in a very workmanlike manner, easily identifying, explaining and rectifying the problems at hand. We feel the costs involved were reasonable. Over subsequent days, we have monitored the temperature in our refrigerator and find it running well within the suggested range. Thank you.
