Dear Valued Customers,

In this time of renewed concern over the spread and containment of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know that we never stopped wearing masks and never stopped taking precautions to protect the health and well-being of our customers and our employees.

  • Our technicians will wear protective gloves, booties & face coverings.
  • We require that any employee who feels sick remain home, where they will receive paid time off
  • Our office is stocked with sanitizing products, including hand sanitizer.
  • We have implemented a “Don’t Shake Hands” policy.
  • We require notice prior to arrival if you or anyone in your household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. These include but are not limited to fever, cough, and shortness of breath. We will be happy to reschedule your service appointment for a later date.

A MESSAGE ABOUT VACCINATIONS: Our company fully supports vaccination efforts and has strongly encouraged all employees to get vaccinated. If you are concerned about the vaccination status of the technician visiting your home, please contact Karen Hogg, our Chief Human Resources Officer, at (888-782-9653) x 1114 or She will listen to your questions and concerns and reach out to the technician to determine whether they are willing to share this private medical information with you. This allows us to address your concerns while remaining compliant with the employment laws that protect our employee’s medical information. If our policy regarding vaccinations at any time interferes with our ability to deliver safe service to our customers, we will adapt our policies as we have throughout the pandemic.

Our priority is always safety, so we err on the side of caution. We appreciate you, your business, and the trust you have placed in us.

My best,
Ryan Bergo
