We also recently won ownership of another site, www.boxappliances.co, which was fraudulently posing as Box Appliance. Although these imposter companies will answer the phone as “Box Appliance” and may even claim to be subcontractors, we never subcontract the care of your luxury appliances to anyone other than our Factory trained and certified technicians.

- Imposter companies rely on search engines like Google and Bing to advertise their services. When searching for us online, scroll past “Sponsored” ads to locate the official Box Appliance website.
Verify Your Technician
- Before your service appointment, we will send a confirmation text message and email that includes a photo of your technician. Our technicians will always arrive in branded work vans, wearing our Box Appliance uniform and badge. If this does not happen, or if someone unverified shows up, please do not let them in.
