Box Appliance is a family-owned and -operated appliance repair service, exclusively servicing all Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. Founded in 1972 by Lynn Box, but owned and operated by the Bergo family since 1974, Box Appliance has from the start been defined by:
Through our high-end specialization and commitment to “Excellence in Service,” our work came to the attention of the Sub-Zero Freezer Company. In the decades since, our relationship with Sub-Zero (then Sub-Zero and Wolf, now Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove) has only deepened.
In January 2007, based on our longstanding relationship and consistently excellent customer service scores, Sub-Zero and Wolf honored us with an invitation to become only the second service company in the nation to sign an exclusive Premier Partner contract. We gladly accepted.
The Premier Partner label designated Box Appliance as the only Factory Certified Sub-Zero service company in San Diego, Orange County and Riverside County. Soon after that, we were invited to expand our service to the San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose and the Monterey Bay region. And in 2023, we were asked to begin servicing all of Greater Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County. As part of the 2007 contract, we agreed to concentrate our training, expertise and labor towards exclusively servicing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and now Cove appliances, and this is still the case today. Our commitment to upholding excellence for this brand is unparalleled.
Since 2007, we’ve continued to hire and train expert Sub-Zero and Wolf technicians, receiving additional manufacturer training when new products and technologies, such as Cove, are introduced. We’ve also built the largest inventory of Sub-Zero and Wolf Factory Certified, OEM parts on the West Coast.
