Box Appliance focuses solely on maintenance and repair of Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance brands. The Sub-Zero Company contracts us as the only “Factory Certified Service” company to San Francisco, San Diego and Orange County in California. Our technicians specialize in Sub-Zero refrigeration repair and Wolf appliance repair to keep your in and out of warranty appliances performing at the highest level. Certification ensures that you receive only the best service from the most experienced repair technicians. Our skilled technicians have now been trained in ASKO dishwasher repair in order to bring our highest level of expertise to all ASKO appliance owners.
Service Integrity and Warranty
We carry the largest inventory of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and ASKO functional parts on the West Coast. We use only genuine factory-produced Sub-Zero refrigerator parts and our service trucks are stocked well above and beyond the suggested “standard truck stock.” Should your appliance need any maintenance or repair, we promise to put all of our resources toward a rapid and satisfactory solution. We warrant all repairs made with an unconditional One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

All of our field technicians use protective coverings and carry a full complement of cleaning supplies to ensure a clean and neat conclusion to every service visit.

Our office is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We make our best effort to meet your scheduling requirements and repair your appliance in a timely manner. To help you plan your day, we will contact you the afternoon before the date of your scheduled service. At that time, we will confirm the service appointment and offer a three-hour window for the service call. We can also establish a “call to meet” arrangement, giving you a call to notify you when we are on our way to your house. We realize your time is valuable, and we’ll do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
All our service professionals are employees of Box Appliance, not sub-contractors. Our service technicians wear company uniforms and drive well-marked company trucks.
