Sub-Zero and Wolf’s luxury appliances are known for innovation in design and technology. Box Appliance’s service technicians receive extensive and ongoing training from Sub-Zero/Wolf and ASKO to ensure your Factory Certified Service is prompt, courteous and professional.

Here’s what we do:

  • Sub-Zero and Wolf Factory Certified Servicer: We focus exclusively on Sub-Zero and Wolf brand appliances. We are contracted by the Sub-Zero Company and are the only Factory Certified Service company providing Sub-Zero refrigeration repairWolf appliance repair and ASKO dishwasher repair for in- and out-of-warranty appliances to the above areas.
  • Service Integrity and Warranty: We repair your luxury appliances using only genuine factory produced Sub-Zero parts and ASKO parts. We carry the largest inventory of Wolf and Sub-Zero parts on the West Coast to ensure the integrity of your appliance. We warrant all repairs made with an unconditional One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty.
  • We Take Care: We respect your property and make every effort to safeguard it during our service call. All of our field technicians use protective coverings and carry cleaning materials to ensure a clean and neat conclusion to every service experience.
  • The Process: Our office is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To help you plan your day, we will contact you the afternoon before the date of your scheduled service. We realize your time is valuable, and we’ll do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
  • Employees: All of our factory certified service professionals are employees of Box Appliance, not subcontractors. Our service technicians wear company uniforms and drive well-marked company trucks.
  • Customer Service Representatives: Our customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and will make every effort to resolve your appliance concerns, meet your scheduling requirements and accommodate your needs. We are here to help you, so check out our tips section for answers to common questions. You can also use the Contact Us tab to call or email your service needs.
